ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP

INGREDIENTS:

DIR: Thaw and drain spinach. Drain, chop and mash artichoke hearts. Sauté onions in butter for 10 min. Add sour cream, spinach, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix together. Remove from heat. Add grated Parmesan and Monterrey Jack. Spread in shallow dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake 20-30 min @ (350), uncovered.
