BRIE AND BLUE CHEESE TORTE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Cut brie in half horizontally. Mash blue with fork to soften. Place bottom brie on platter. Spread blue evenly onto cut side of brie. Fit remaining piece on top. Serve at room temperature. Can be made up to 4 days ahead and wrapped in air tight container. Sprinkle fruit with lemon.

NOTE: MIX BLUE CHEESE WITH CREAM CHEESE TO HOLD TOGETHER.
