Elegant Antipasto
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Arrange vegetables in rows in 13x9 in glass baking dish. Pour dressing and 1/3 cp cheese over. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Drain vegetables. Reserve marinade. Arrange with salami on serving platter. Drizzle with marinade. Top with remaining cheese. VARIATION: Mushrooms, green beans, cherry tomatoes or broccoli can be substituted for any vegetables above.
