HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

INGREDIENTS:

DIR: Drain artichokes, chop coarsely. Add cheese and mayonnaise. Place in a one quart baking dish and bake (350) until bubbly, about 20 min. VARIATION: Add a 4 oz can of chopped green chilies or half a pound of crab meat (imitation ok).

Paprika can be sprinkled over top.
