MEAN BEAN DIP

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 can (30 oz) non-fat refried beans
• 1 can (4 oz) mild diced green chiles
• 1/2 cp salsa
• 6-8 oz non-fat shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS In a 2 1/2 qt microwave safe dish, combine all ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Microwave high for 4 min. Stir and repeat until cheese is melted.
