MEXICAN SHRIMP COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs cooked cool shrimp
- 2 med tomatoes, chipped
- 1 med diced onions
- 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1 bunch radishes, chopped
- 1-2 avocadoes, chopped
- 1 32 oz clamato juice, chilled
DIRECTIONS In large bowl, combine ingredients, stir lightly, chill. Serve
with saltine crackers.
