PINWHEEL HORS DOUVERS
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Blend the cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl. Add the olives, green chiles and green onions. Blend well. Spread mixture on each of the tortillas and roll tightly as for a jelly roll. (This is important to make them hold shapes; otherwise, the pinwheels flatten into ovals.) Wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap. Wrap all 8 rolls in wet towel and refrigerate for 8 hours or longer. Slice each roll into l8 pieces and arrange on serving plate.
(The un-sliced rolls may be refrigerated for several days before slicing to serve.
