Baked sauerkraut with corned beef hash

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 No.2 ½ can sauerkraut\1 No.2 can corned beef hash
• 1 cup tomato juice
• 2 tablespoons chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
• 1 strip bacon

Place sauerkraut in bottom of greased baking dish. Combine has, tomato juice, onion and horse-radish: spread over sauerkraut. Cut bacon into ½ inch strips and arrange over top of hash. Bake in very hot oven (450) about 20 minutes.
