GREEN CHILI

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS In 4 quart pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté meat until light brown. Add onion and garlic, sauté. Add flour to make roux. Add green chiles, broth and tomatoes. Simmer "until it gets all the flavor" 1 hour. Taste for seasoning, add water if needed. Serve with Flour tortillas, cheese and green chiles folded in half, toasted briefly in the oven.
