GRILLED FLANK STEAK
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Mix marinade well and put in large, seal able bag with meat. Refrigerate overnight. Grill over hot coals about 5-7 min each side, basting with marinade. Slice very thin against the grain. Serves 3 hungry or 6 regular eaters! From former mayor of Phoenix, Terry Goddard. "Serve with wide sliced veggies, lightly brushed with oil and grilled alongside the steak. Easy, flavorful and cheap, all my favorite qualities in food."
