MEATLOAF
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to (275). In saucepan, melt butter and sauté vegetables until glossy, about 2 min. Cool completely. Mix all ingredients except ketchup well and pack into a loaf pan. Brushy top lightly with ketchup and cool at (275) for 45-55 min or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees. Let the meatloaf rest for at least 30 min before slicing. Make 4-6 servings.
