ARTICHOKE LASAGNA

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Slice artichokes 1/2 in thick lengthwise. Sauté ground turkey, onion and garlic in olive oil. Stir in artichokes, stir in tomatoes, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 min. Layer 4 noodles in bottom of 9 inch sq baking dish. Spread 1/2 cp ricotta, 1/2 artichoke mixture, sprinkle with 1/2 cp parmesan cheese. Repeat, topping with remaining noodles. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over top. Bake (375) 30 min. 9 servings, 362 cal/serve.
