BLACK BEAN CHILI COBBLER

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Heat oil, add onion, garlic and peppers. Sauté 5 min. Add tomatoes with juice, chili powder, cumin, 1/4 t salt and 2 T cornmeal. Simmer 10 min. Rinse Black beans, add to pot. Add Corn. Simmer 5 min.

 PREPARE TOPPING: 

Combine 

Pour liquid into flour mixture. Stir in 1/3 cp CHEESE. Spoon beans into 9x13 pan. Drop topping by spoonful. Bake (400) 25-30 min. Until brown. Remove, sprinkle with 1/3 cp CHEESE
