HASSAYAMPA CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS:
DIR: Sauté onion in oil and add cinnamon, chili powder & cumin. Stir in enchilada sauce and tomatoes. Set aside 1 cp sauce. Add remaining sauce to corn, olives, green chiles, crab and 1 cp cheese. Layer dish with tortillas and sauce starting with tortillas for 3 layers. Top with tortillas, sauce and cheese. Bake (325) 40 min.
