LIGHT NAVAJO TACOS
INGREDIENTS:
LAYER
DIR: Mix flour, milk and powder. Add shortening until coarse crumbs. Add water until like pastry. Knead on floured board 2-3min. Divide into 6 parts, Shape in flat 6 inch round shapes. FOR crisp shells, bake (450) 12 min. FOR soft shells, fry in nonstick med heat fry pan. Cook 1 1/2 min until speckled.
Turn and cook 1 1/2 min longer.
