PESTO PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb pizza crust
1/2 cp Spinach Parsley Pesto
recipe to follow
2 oz Virginia Baked Ham
Sliced thin from deli
3/4 cp shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 Ripe Roma tomatoes
1 T grated Parmesan cheese

DIR: Place Crust on cookie sheet. Spread pesto over crust. (Will be thin).

Chop ham and sprinkle over pesto. Sprinkle Mozzarella. Cut tomatoes into 1/4 in slices. Layer tomatoes and Parmesan on pizza. Bake (450) 8 min or until cheese is melted and light brown.
