ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Slice med-thin and place in large bowl. Mince garlic and sauté with butter. Add garlic, butter, 1/2 cheese, salt and pepper to potatoes and toss. Pour into greased shallow baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake (400) uncovered until golden brown, about 30 min. Do not stir or turn during cooking.
