SCOTCH CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Line pan with cut-up cheese and add chopped onion, using enough to cover bottom of pan thinly. Beat two eggs with milk and pour over cheese and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake (350) 1/2 hr or until dish is set. "Scotch Cheese was called "The Coal Miners' Dish" in Glace Bay, Cape Breton.
