STUFFED PUMPKIN

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 well shaped pumpkin
• 1 1/2 lb diced beef
• 4 slices bacon-diced
• 4 med diced potatoes
• 2 par-boiled, diced carrots
• 1 chopped green pepper
• 2 med chopped onions
• 1 garlic mashed
• salt pepper
• 1/2 t sage & nutmeg each
• 1 t thyme

DIRECTIONS Remove top of pumpkin and clean inside. Mix remaining ingredients and stuff into pumpkin. Mix 1/2 cp water with two packages of brown gravy mix. Pour over mixture in pumpkin. Bake (350) 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hrs.
