VEGETABLE LASAGNA

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Combine spinach, carrots and cottage cheese; set aside. Place 1/2 cp sauce in bottom of baking pan. Arrange 1/2 of noodles, cover with 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/2 of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of remaining sauce. Repeat layers.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 40-45 min (375)
