VERDE VERDAD
INGREDIENTS:
DIR: Brown meat and garlic in oil. Add instinctive amount of flour for thickening. Add 1/2 cp water and chili. Simmer as long as possible. Same techniques can be used for both red and green chili. Red should be more juicy.
Ground beef may be substituted. VARIATION: Layer with lightly fried corn tortillas, cheese and pinto beans, and or onion and egg, lettuce.
