Gingerbread House
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS In large bowl stir together flour, salt and spices. In 3 Qt saucepan stir together corn syrup, brown sugar and margarine. Stir constantly, cook over medium heat until margarine is melted. Stir into flour mixture until well blended. Bake (350) 12 min. Notes: Roll dough out while warm. Reheat in plastic bag to soften for 20 sec. 2 RECIPES will need approximately 8+ lbs of flour, 32 fl oz dark syrup, 1-2 lbs of brown sugar. THIS will make 7 small gingerbread houses and 1 dozen cookies, or 2 Victorian houses.
