MINT CHOC CHIP COOKIE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Melt 3/4 cp (about 1/2 pkg) chips, stir until smooth, remove from heat; cool. In bowl, combine flour, soda and salt; set aside. In different bowl, combine butter, sugars and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add melted morsels and egg; beat well. Add flour mixture. Stir in remaining chips and nuts. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake (375) 8-9 MIN.
