PECAN CHOCOLATE COOKIE

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 3/4 cp flour
• 1 1/4 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 1 1/2 cp soft butter
• 1 1/2 cp brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 24 oz semi sweet choc bits
• 1 cp chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS Combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside. in another bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture. Stir in bits and pecans. Drop onto un-greased cookie sheets. Bake (375) 10-12 min.
