POWER RANGER BARS
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray. Blend applesauce, honey, molasses, orange juice and pulp and beaten eggs in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine flours, milk powder, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Mix into liquid mixture. Stir in apricots, oats and wheat germ. Spoon batter into 9x13 pan. Bake (350) for 35 min or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. When cool enough to handle, cut into bars. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in freezer.
