Holiday Fruitcake

Sift flour, baking powder, salt together. Add dried pineapple, cherries and dates. Mix by hand to coat all fruit with flour. Beat eggs, add sugar then gradually add this to fruit. Add nuts. Grease and line a 9x13 baking dish with brown paper. Press mixture into pan. Bake 1 ¼ hours at 275 degrees. Glaze with orange juice. Cool 20 minutes then remove from pan.
