Rice Pudding

Cook first 3 ingredients on low heat until rice is tender, about 25 minutes, or cook in microwave for 7 minutes in covered microwave dish, covered, then stir, cover and cook for 6 minutes.

Take cover off and let stand for 5 minutes.

Butter a casserole dish.

Break 4 eggs in bowl, mix well, and add milk sugar, vanilla.

Add rice to above mixture, mix and pour into casserole, sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over top.

Bake 350 oven for 1 hour or until knife is clean when stuck in middle of casserole.
