BUTTERSCOTCH FROSTING

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and evaporated milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and boiling. Remove, stir in butterscotch bits and butter, stir until melted. Add flaked coconut and chopped nuts. Spread on top of each cake layer. Whip cream, frost sides.
