CARROT CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven (350). Grease and flour 9 inch cake pan. Combine oil and sugar, beat well. Sift flour baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Slowly add to oil sugar mixture. Blend well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in carrots and pecans. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake for 45-50 min. Cool before frosting. Makes 10 servings.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Blend butter, sugar and cream cheese until very smooth. Spread on cake. 837 calories per serving without frosting?!
