CHERRY DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Mix flour, sugar and oleo and press into 13x9 pan. Press in nuts and bake (350) for 15 min. Crumble and cool. Fold in whipped topping into cream cheese and confectioners sugar and spread 3/4 of this over crumbs. Pour over 1 can cherry filling and cover with remaining topping. Chill and serve.
