CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 oz choc bits
• 2 whole eggs OR eggbeaters
• 3 T coffee
• 2 T liqueur
• 3/4 cp scalded milk
• Whipped topping

DIRECTIONS Put in blender and blend for 1 min at high speed. Pour into dessert cups and chill for several hours. Serves 4
