CHOCOLATE PIE MIX

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pkg chocolate bits
• 3 T milk
• 2 T sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• 4 egg whites

DIRECTIONS Melt chocolate bits, milk and sugar. Blend together over hot water. Cool. Add 4 egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat 4 egg whites. Fold into chocolate mixture. (Can be made with 3 eggs.)
