EVER SO EASY FRUITCAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 1/2 cp flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 1 28 oz jar mincemeat
• 1 14 oz cn sweetened
• --condensed milk
• 2 cp candied fruit
• 1 cp coarse chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS Heat oven (300). Combine flour and soda. Combine remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 8x5 loaf pans. Bake 1 hr & 20 min. Cool and turn out. VARIATION: BARS- Pour into jelly roll pan, cook 40-45 min. OR muffin cups, cook 45-50 min.
