LEMON BARS

INGREDIENTS:

FILLING

DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients for crust. Press mixture into 9x13 pan. Bake (350) for 25 min. While crust is baking, combine remaining ingredients. Remove crust from oven and pour filling over baked crust. Return to oven for 25 min.

Remove, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in air tight container. Will keep as long as 2 weeks.
