LEMON CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
GLAZE:
DIRECTIONS mix together and beat 4 min. Bake 50 min (350) in angel food pan. (Grease and flour pan first.) Cool cake slightly and poke holes with cake tester. Cook glaze for 2 min. Spoon over cake. OPTIONAL: Instead of lemon, use pineapple or butterscotch pudding and use yellow or corresponding cake mix. Glaze for other cake: 1/4 cp brown sugar, 2 T water, 3 T butter.
