MINT PATTY SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS In saucepan, combine vanilla pudding mix and milk; add cut up mint patties. Cook over med heat, stirring constantly, till mixture is thickened and bubbly and mint patties are melted. Remove from heat. Cover with waxed paper until cool. Prepare topping mix. Fold into cooled pudding mix. Chill. Serve over fruit, strawberries, pears, sponge cake, etc.
