MOMS SOUR CREAM LB CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cp soft butter
• 2 3/4 cp sugar
• 6 eggs
• 3 cp cake flour
• 1/4 t baking soda
• 1 cp sour cream
• 1 T vanilla
• 1 T lemon extract

DIRECTIONS Cream butter and sugar until well blended, and light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour and soda together. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, alternating with sour cream, beating until smooth. Add extracts. Pour into grease and floured 9" tube pan. Bake (350) 1 hr 20 min.
