PHILADELPHIA BRAND CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cp graham cracker crumbs
• 3 T melted margarine
• 2-8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1/2 cp sugar
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 t grated lemon rind
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 2 eggs separated

DIRECTIONS Combine crumbs and margarine, press onto bottom of 9 in springform pan. Bake (325) 10 min. Combine cream cheese, sugar, juice, rind and vanilla at medium speed mixing until blended. Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each one. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour over crust. Bake (300) 45 min. Variation-7 inch pan, decrease amount of crumbs and bake (300) 55 min.
