PUDDING CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg instant pudding
• (3 3/4 oz)
• 1/4 cp salad oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 cp water

DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. (13X9: bake (350) for 45-50 min. Or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 15 min, remove and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
