SCOTCH MOUSSE AU CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Place chocolate in saucepan over low heat and melt. Remove from heat. Lightly beat egg yolks with 1/4 cp sugar scotch. Mix in melted chocolate. Beat egg whites in med bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in remaining 1/4 cp sugar, beat until stiff peaks form. Beat cream in small bowl with same beaters until stiff. Fold chocolate mixture and cream into egg white mixture.
Turn into individual serving dishes and chill 3 hrs. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
