SOUR CREAM CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 cp white sugar
• 2 sticks butter
• 6 eggs
• 3 cp regular flour
• 1 cp sour cream
• 1/4 t soda
• 1 t vanilla
• optional:
• 1 t almond extract

DIRECTIONS Grease and flour tubular pan. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add flour, soda and sour cream alternating. Beat well. Add flavorings. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake (300) 1 1/2 hr.
