STRAWBERRY FREEZE

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 pkg frozen strawberries
• (10 oz each)
• 2 cans evaporated milk
• (5 1/3 oz each)
• 1/2 cp confectioners sugar

DIRECTIONS In large mixer bowl, break up frozen strawberries with a fork. Let stand until fruit starts to thaw. Add milk and sugar. Beat with electric mixer on low speed just until mixture is blended. Beat on med speed for 6-8 min or until mixture is thick and creamy. Pour into 12 x 7.5 x 2 in pan. Freeze several hours or overnight.
