Fresh vegetable juice
4 lb. Carrots
l bunch celery
1 cucumber peeled
1 red or green pepper
2 handfuls fresh spinach
8-10 parsley sprigs
6 apples, peeled and cored
½ lemon, remove rind
3 fresh tomatoes (optional )
1 fresh beet, quartered, (optional)
Wash all vegetables and remove bad spots.
Cut into pieces that will fit into juicer.
Store in glass container in refrigerator.
Makes ½ gallon
