Fresh vegetable juice

  • 4 lb. Carrots

  • l bunch celery

  • 1 cucumber peeled

  • 1 red or green pepper

  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach

  • 8-10 parsley sprigs

  • 6 apples, peeled and cored

  • ½ lemon, remove rind

  • 3 fresh tomatoes (optional )

  • 1 fresh beet, quartered, (optional)

 

Wash all vegetables and remove bad spots.

Cut into pieces that will fit into juicer.

Store in glass container in refrigerator.

Makes ½ gallon
