BRUISE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Soak fish 2 hours and/or freshen with running water. Cook diced potatoes until still firm. Break fish into bite size, layer over potatoes, cook 10 min. Wet crackers, add crackers to fish and potatoes, let set. Try salt pork.

Serve fish mixture, season with salt pork (including fat).
