MUSSELS IN PEPPER SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Clean mussels, remove beards. Place in pan with 1/4 cp water. Steam until shells open 5 min. Cool slightly. Loosen meat and arrange mussels in half shells. Mix remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips. Pour over mussels, cover and refrigerate 2 hrs. Serve with chips.
