SALT COD CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Soak cod 24 hours before preparing dish- changing water frequently. Boil potatoes. Sauté garlic, onion, parsley and celery in olive oil. Add potatoes and mash. Break up cod fish. Layer potatoes, cod, potatoes, cod and potatoes.

Coat top with egg yolk. Top with a thin layer of leaks. Bake.
