SCALLOPS MEUNIERE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Mix butter, lemon juice and parsley. Divide mixture in half. Toss scallops in half of the mixture. (Arrange on skewers for ease in handling.) Broil scallops until light brown, about 4 min. Turn scallops and brown 4 more min. Heat remaining butter mixture, serve with scallops, Garnish with lemon slices.
