SEAFOOD TARTLETS
INGREDIENTS:
SEAFOOD FILLING:
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to (400). With rolling pin, flatten slices of bread. Using cookie cutter, cut 2 rounds from each slice. Dip into melted butter, coating both sides. Press into miniature muffin cups. Bake 10 min, or until golden brown. Remove, cool in pan. Prepare filling, mix all except seafood - mixing well. Stir in seafood. Fill muffin tins. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil until bubbly. Remove from pans. Serve immediately or cool. May be frozen. (After freezing, reheat (450) for 10 min.) Variation, use Mushrooms.
