SHRIMP PILAF

INGREDIENTS:

DIR: In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside. To drippings, add onion, garlic and rice. Stir until rice is golden and onion clear, (15 min)

Stir in stock,tomatoes,salt and hot sauce to taste (Ground cayenne pepper if not Louisiana Sauce). Bring to boil. Stir in shrimp and bacon. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer until rice is tender 30-40 min.
