SPAGHETTI WITH SHELLFISH

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS Melt 1/2 butter w/1/2 shallot & garlic, sauté for 5 min. Add 1/2 basil and all wine, bring to boil. Add cleaned mussels, cook covered 5 min, remove from shells and return to pan. (Reserve few in shells for garnish) Slice squid into thin circles. Melt remaining butter in separate fry pan with shallot and garlic, cook 5 min. Add remaining basil, squid, chili powder and shrimp to second fry pan - stir-fry 5 min until shrimp cooked. Turn mussel mixture into shrimp/squid mixture, bring to boil. Stir in sour cream, season, Simmer 1 min. Add pasta and Parmesan cheese, coat well. Garnish with parsley and reserved mussels in shells
